Anti-dumping – the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services/External Trade Secretariat (Ministério do Desenvolvimento, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços/Secretaria de Comércio Exterior) of Brazil has published and initiated an investigation into potential dumping practices in the import of feed-grade L-Lysine from China (NCM codes 2309.90.90, 2922.41.10 and 2922.41.90), following a complaint by the domestic Brazilian company CJ do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Alimentícios Ltda. The investigation will focus on data from April 2023 to March 2024 for dumping and from April 2019 to March 2024 for domestic damage.
